Who operates this store
FurryNestLab is operated by WILD SPORT LLC. For a privacy question, contact our support team at info@furrynestlab.com.
Information you provide
Our contact form collects your name, email, topic, message and any order number you choose to provide. A product question can also include the product you selected. We use these details to review and respond to your request. Please do not submit passwords, full card numbers or unnecessary sensitive information.
Accounts and orders
Account features can process your login details, contact information and account activity. Checkout processes the billing and shipping details and order contents needed to fulfil an order. Card payments use Airwallex. Payment, billing, device and transaction information needed to process payments and help prevent fraud may be shared with Airwallex. Full card details are entered in the payment provider’s form; do not send them to our support team. See Airwallex’s privacy policy.
Storage and retention
Contact requests are stored privately in the store database and are accessible to authorized store managers. Requests are scheduled for automatic deletion after 90 days, checked daily. You can ask our team to review or delete a request earlier. Operational backups are rotated separately and are not used as a public customer directory.
Cookies, logs and service providers
WordPress and WooCommerce use cookies and similar storage for sign-in, sessions, shopping-bag features and security. WooCommerce may also store referral and campaign details for order attribution. Our hosting server maintains operational and security logs. The contact form uses a temporary, salted identifier derived from the connection address to limit abuse; it does not store that raw address with your support request.
The site uses externally hosted Google Fonts and WordPress resources, which may receive your connection information when your browser requests those files. Product photography is served by our website. Marketing integrations, including Reddit, Snapchat and TikTok, may process browsing, device, referral and shopping-event information when enabled. Newsletter tools process information you provide when subscribing.
Your questions and choices
Contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of information associated with your support request or account. We may need to verify your identity before changing or disclosing account information. Contact our team with questions about the services used by this store.
Favorites and recently viewed items
Favorites are stored in this browser, and viewed history keeps up to 12 products for 30 days. You can remove favorites and clear viewed history from Your finds. When you save or remove a favorite, an anonymous browser cookie helps us avoid counting the same browser twice. It lasts up to one year. Save counts include anonymous browser saves within the past 90 days; they do not represent live viewers or verified unique people. No name or email is stored with these counts. A temporary salted connection identifier limits repeated requests. Favorites do not sync between devices or reserve stock.
