Help with a return or refund

Free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, including return shipping. This applies to all products purchased from FurryNestLab. There is no restocking fee.

Contact info@furrynestlab.com with your order number and the item you would like to return or exchange. Our team will provide a free return label and the correct return instructions. Please contact us before sending an item back.

For a damaged, incorrect or missing item, include a short description so our team can help. When your return has been received and processed, refunds are sent to the original payment method. The time for the credit to appear depends on your payment provider. We will confirm exchange availability with you.
